We help improve work where information passes between people, documents and systems. We check what causes delays or requires manual corrections, choose a solution and implement it within an agreed scope.
- Process analysis and improvement: a map of current work, comparison of possible changes, and an assessment of benefits and costs.
- AI implementation and automation: for example, preparing orders from emails, quotations and cost estimates or comparing purchase invoices with orders and deliveries.
- System integration: data exchange between ERP, CRM, email, databases and business applications.
- Maintenance and development: support for implemented solutions and further improvements where justified.
We use ready-made features and tools when they solve the problem. We propose custom software or AI when the required result justifies using them.
Experience with business systems
Our work draws on more than 20 years of IT experience: requirements analysis, system design and programming, project management and implementation. This experience includes:
- order processing, purchasing and costing in ERP systems,
- document workflows and handing cases from one stage to the next,
- finance and accounting systems,
- .NET applications and integrations, and Microsoft SQL Server databases.
DO IT GLOBAL previously focused mainly on custom software development and IT outsourcing. Today, we apply that experience with business systems to process analysis, automation, integration and AI implementation.
How do we work with your business?
The project has one lead who knows the arrangements from the first conversation through to handover. Before work begins, we define the scope, price and how to check the result.
We check your existing systems’ capabilities, account for cases requiring clarification and prepare users for everyday work. We show them what to check and how to respond when data is missing or the system reports a problem.
We start with a free 30–45-minute online conversation. If the scope is clear, we prepare an implementation proposal. If we need to understand the causes of the problem or check system capabilities, we propose analysis with a separate quote. The conversation may also lead to a simpler solution. See how we work.
Who can we help?
Primarily B2B companies in trade and distribution, manufacturing and technical services. We help where processing orders, quotations or documents requires retyping data, searching several sources or making frequent corrections.
We also work with IT companies and ERP partners that need a supplier for a defined part of a project: integration, automation or an application extension.
Our responsibilities
We are responsible for analysing and delivering the agreed improvements. Operational decisions and staff management remain with your business. For issues involving computers, networks or user accounts, we work with your IT department or IT support provider.
Where we work
We operate in Szczecin, Poland, and London, United Kingdom. We work online with companies throughout Poland and also at the client’s premises for larger projects. We communicate in Polish; the first meeting takes place online.
In Szczecin, we are a member of Klaster ICT Pomorze Zachodnie (Klaster IT), an association of IT companies in the region.
