Which AI training should you choose?
The choice depends on what you want to make easier for your team: everyday tasks or planning improvements to business processes. Both options are private AI training sessions for one company. We work with B2B companies employing 10–250 people in trade and distribution, manufacturing and technical services. We tailor the programme to your team’s work, such as sales, customer service, purchasing or accounting, and to management needs.
AI in your team’s everyday work
For a team that wants to make better use of AI tools. Participants practise preparing correspondence, summaries, supplier quote comparisons and other materials they need at work. They learn to write prompts and check the answers.
Outcome: several tasks completed with AI, with a way to repeat them and check the results.
Price excluding VAT: £1,160–£1,740.
AI in business processes
For you and the people responsible for processes, when you want to decide what to improve. Together, we look at work across email, documents, spreadsheets and business systems. We compare AI applications with the capabilities of software you already use.
Outcome: draft AI usage guidelines and a list of improvement ideas with an initial assessment.
Price excluding VAT: £1,740–£2,320.
The two options can be combined. During the consultation, we agree which skills and processes to include in a shared programme and provide a price for that scope.
What will your team learn in AI tools training?
“AI in your team’s everyday work” helps participants move from occasional experiments to informed use of AI. It is also suitable for people without a technical background. Participants work on their own tasks, using examples approved by your company.
The programme covers:
- Choosing a tool for the task. How ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and NotebookLM work, where they can help and where mistakes can occur.
- Writing prompts that produce useful material. Providing a goal, context, source data and the required answer format, then refining the response.
- Exercises from everyday work. Correspondence, document and meeting summaries, supplier quote comparisons, working with spreadsheet data and drafting text.
- Checking results. Comparing an answer with its sources, verifying figures and recognising information that needs confirmation.
- Working with data. What information you can share with a chosen tool and how to prepare an example for an exercise.
We tailor the programme to your team’s tasks and the AI tools you use or plan to use. ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft 365 Copilot and NotebookLM are examples; we can include other tools too. Before training, we check the available accounts and licences.
The price includes a certificate of completion, 30 days of email support and a follow-up meeting after 30 days. At that meeting, we compare the time needed for selected tasks before and after training, including checking and corrections.
What will we develop in the AI in business processes workshop?
“AI in business processes” helps you identify where an improvement could make work easier for the whole team. Involve people who know the everyday tasks and someone who can decide on changes. We use anonymised examples from your company.
Together, we work through selected tasks, such as preparing a quotation, entering an order or checking documents. We establish where information comes from, where it is copied manually and who approves the result. We consider ERP, or enterprise resource planning software used for areas such as sales, stock and finance, alongside email, spreadsheets and other applications.
We then compare the options: an employee using an AI tool, making use of an existing software feature or connecting systems. We also discuss how AI would access company data and what a person would still need to check.
After the workshop, you receive:
- Draft AI usage guidelines. Approved tools and data, tasks requiring review and how to raise concerns. We submit the draft for approval within your company.
- Improvement ideas with an initial assessment. For each idea, we record the potential benefit, data needed and questions to investigate. A detailed cost-benefit assessment and return estimate can be covered in a separate AI audit.
- Workshop materials and records. A summary of findings, the programme and a participant list.
The price also includes 30 days of email support and a follow-up meeting after 30 days. We discuss what your team has put into practice and which ideas are worth developing.
We combine process analysis with solution design and system integration, so our assessment also considers what later implementation would require. Read more about DO IT GLOBAL’s experience.
What does a sample exercise look like?
Sample exercise — fictional data from a trading company
Comparing supplier quotes and preparing a purchasing recommendation. Participants work with three PDF quotes and correspondence in which suppliers add to or change their terms.
- Prepare a comparison with AI. Bring together prices, delivery costs, availability and dates, citing the sources.
- Identify discrepancies and missing information. For example, the lowest price excludes delivery, or a date in the quote has changed in a later email.
- Check the result and make a recommendation. Verify the data against the documents, compare options and prepare questions for suppliers before a purchase decision.
Outcome: a clear quote comparison, a reasoned purchasing recommendation and a list of terms to confirm. Your team practises working with several sources and assessing AI answers on a task from everyday work.
This illustrates an exercise, rather than a completed client project. We choose the topic and materials to suit your team’s tasks.
How can your company use AI safely?
Shared guidelines help your team choose the right tool and understand what information they can share with it. We also address situations where tools are used without the company’s knowledge, often called shadow AI.
We use customer data and confidential information only in business tools approved for the purpose and within the permitted scope. On personal accounts, we use sample or anonymised data approved by your company. Removing a name from a document may not be enough if the remaining content identifies someone or reveals confidential terms.
Before the exercises, we agree account types, licences, privacy settings and the data to be used. We check where information may be processed and stored. A company-paid account needs the same assessment of service terms and settings as any other tool.
If data needs to remain within a particular environment, consider private AI, including offline operation. In either training option, participants learn to check answers before sending them to a customer or using them for a decision.
How does training support AI literacy under Article 4 of the EU AI Act?
Article 4 of the EU AI Act addresses measures to support AI literacy among people using AI systems on a company’s behalf. These measures should reflect participants’ knowledge and experience and how AI is used; the provision does not require a company to guarantee a particular level of AI literacy for each individual. The European Commission’s official AI literacy FAQ explains this approach.
Both options help develop these skills through exercises, checking answers and agreeing data handling practices. The programme and participant list help document the steps taken. Participants in “AI in your team’s everyday work” also receive a certificate of completion.
A lawyer should assess your company’s specific legal obligations.
How much does AI training for business cost?
Prices are for a private training session or workshop for one company. We agree the exact programme, price and terms before you sign the contract.
| Option | Price excluding VAT and duration | Included |
|---|---|---|
| AI in your team’s everyday work | £1,160–£1,740. 4–6 hours, online or on site in Szczecin and the surrounding area. |
Practical AI tools exercises, a certificate of completion, 30 days of email support and a follow-up meeting after 30 days, comparing the time needed for selected tasks. |
| AI in business processes | £1,740–£2,320. Usually one day, online or on site in Szczecin and the surrounding area. |
Workshop, materials, draft AI usage guidelines, improvement ideas, workshop records, 30 days of email support and a follow-up meeting after 30 days. |
The price depends on session length and exercise preparation, particularly when using your company’s examples. Before training, we also agree the accounts and licences needed and any additional tool costs.
How do we work together?
- Discuss your needs and choose an option. During a free 30–45-minute online consultation, we discuss your team’s tasks, experience and training goal. We propose a scope and a way to assess its usefulness at work.
- Prepare the programme and examples. We agree the price, date, accounts and data handling terms. We sign a confidentiality agreement before company documents are shared; the process workshop uses anonymised examples. For AI tools training, we also choose tasks to compare before and after the session.
- Work with your team. Participants carry out tasks and check results. In the process workshop, we also record improvement ideas and draft shared AI usage guidelines.
- Help put the learning into practice. Both options include 30 days of email support covering the agreed programme and a follow-up meeting after 30 days. For AI tools training, we compare the time needed for selected tasks, including review and corrections. After the process workshop, we use the written summary to discuss ideas put into practice and further opportunities.
Comparing tasks helps assess how useful AI is in everyday work. We consider result quality, checking time and corrections, so the assessment covers all the work needed to complete a task.
What comes after training?
You can put the skills and materials to use within your team. If ideas for broader improvements emerge, we can help you choose a next step:
- Want to compare AI use cases and assess their value? See our business AI audit.
- Want to examine one process in depth and plan changes? See process analysis and mapping.
- Does your team need answers from ERP data or documents? See an AI assistant using company data.
- Have a clear scope and want to proceed with implementation? See AI implementation and automation.
The training and workshop each have value in their own right. We agree any further work separately; you decide which options to pursue.
